Paraguay's public works ministry reported on October 30 that infrastructure for the New Bañado Tacumbú neighbourhood reached 75% completion. The development is intended for approximately 2,500 families, and construction of an initial 1,500 homes has been awarded as a later phase. The broader programme is supported by USD 100 million in IDB financing.
