Presenting its institutional 2027 budget proposal, the MEF reported technical assistance to 80 municipalities: 49 urban and territorial planning instruments approved and 17 awaiting municipal councils' approval. The presentation took place October 22.
Radar's assessment
Developers and companies should compare territorial planning with the rules applying to each municipality and property. The announcement does not establish individual permits or authorisations, and presenting a budget proposal is not the same as securing its approval.
