MEF reported on October 27 a PYG 1.468 billion payment batch for state suppliers covering basic services, investments and other obligations. It is the batch announced for that Tuesday, not new October 28 payments or a monthly total.

The covered resource-transfer requests entered Treasury on October 22, 23 and 26. The breakdown is PYG 147 million from Treasury resources, PYG 61 million from public credit and PYG 1.260 billion from institutional resources.

MEF directs suppliers to its payment calendar and the DNCP and SIPE access points for details. An aggregate announcement does not establish which invoices have reached a particular company’s account.

Radar reading: suppliers need to know when a receivable becomes usable cash. An invoice and its file should be reconciled with the transfer request, paying institution and bank movement. The announcement helps organise collection follow-up but cannot replace that reconciliation.

Working-capital budgets should rely on evidence about the company’s own payment process. Radar reads this batch as a specific liquidity movement between the state and suppliers, not proof that all outstanding obligations have been settled or that payment periods have generally normalised.
