MIC presented Cultural Industries Week, scheduled for November 17–22 in Asunción, including MICSUR and other professional meetings. The Ibero-American Country Brand Forum runs November 18–20 at the BCP Institute.

Commercial preparation

For design, audiovisual, music, food and service businesses, attendance is not a sale. A defined offer, pricing, delivery capacity and contractual terms should be ready beforehand. Intellectual property and usage rights belong in commercial discussions.

Hotels, restaurants and suppliers can prepare operations around the programme without treating expected attendance as confirmed bookings. Planning should rely on actual orders and contracts.

Radar view

The useful measure is conversion: meetings that become proposals, agreements and delivered business. A contact without a responsible person or follow-up deadline has limited operational value. Work after the event can matter as much as attendance during the week.
