Personal data, cookies and user rights
Last updated: September 28, 2026 Radar Inversión respects the privacy of its readers and seeks to process personal data responsibly, transparently and only for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the publication.
Data controller
Radar Inversión is the editorial project operated commercially under the name INSIKTER CONSULTING in Paraguay. For questions related to privacy and data processing, please write to contacto@radarinversion.com.py.
Data collected
Radar Inversión may collect the email address voluntarily provided to receive the newsletter; the name, email address and content of messages sent through contact channels; technical and statistical browsing information such as device, browser, pages visited, referral source, interaction with the site and approximate geographic location; and information needed to protect the site, prevent abuse and ensure its operation.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to manage subscriptions and send the newsletter; respond to questions or requests; measure audience and understand site performance; improve content and technical performance; and protect the security and integrity of the site. Depending on the case, processing is based on the user’s consent, the handling of a request, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests related to the security and operation of the site.
Technology providers
Radar Inversión uses Webflow for hosting, publishing and site operation; Brevo to manage subscriptions and distribute the newsletter; and Google Analytics to obtain usage statistics. These providers may process information using infrastructure located outside Paraguay. Where an international transfer of personal data occurs, Radar Inversión seeks to apply the safeguards and requirements required by applicable law.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site may use cookies or equivalent technologies for technical functions and audience measurement. Users may limit or delete these technologies through their browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect some site functions.
Retention
Subscription data is retained while the person remains subscribed. Contact messages are kept for the time necessary to handle the request. Analytics information is retained according to the configuration and policies of the providers used.
User rights
Users may exercise, where applicable, their rights of access, rectification, updating, objection, erasure and portability of personal data. They may also withdraw consent and unsubscribe through the link included in each newsletter or by writing to contacto@radarinversion.com.py. If they believe their rights have not been addressed, they may contact the competent data-protection authority.
Security
Radar Inversión applies reasonable measures to protect information. However, no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Minors
Radar Inversión does not intentionally seek to collect personal data from minors. If information provided without appropriate authorization is detected, its deletion may be requested through the institutional email address.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the publication’s services, providers or practices change. The current version will remain available on this page.
