SEPRELAD activates mandatory SIRO data update for the real estate sector

From October 5, 2026, obligated entities in Paraguay's real estate sector must update their general data in SIRO in order to continue using the platform.

UPDATED: OCTOBER 5, 2026 · SOURCE: SEPRELAD

The update appears when users log into SIRO through an alert that directs them to a form. The process covers both user information and the data of the obligated entity.

What information must be updated

Users are asked to update identification and contact information, including ID number, full name, home and work address, telephone, mobile number and email. The obligated entity must update its legal name, city or address, telephone, mobile number and email.

Why it matters for the sector

This is not a commercial or market change, but an operational compliance requirement. For real estate companies and professionals subject to the rules, keeping the information current becomes a condition for continuing to use SIRO normally.

The practical message for companies is straightforward: verify access, internal responsibility and contact details before the platform is needed for a filing or compliance task. Updating the information reduces the risk of administrative interruption and keeps the SEPRELAD record current.
